Hello again I am stranded on a island alone and you might ask why, this is because we the people of Ghalas-at left with the white people to a different island. My brother forgot his fishing spear so I had to jump of the boat to be with him, but the wild dog killed him so now I am alone on the Island of The Blue Dolphin.

My Brother died because he decided to take out a canoe (that was too heavy for him) and when to go put it in the water when the wild dogs came and attached him and stated to bite and nibble on my brother so he is now with my dad.

I leave the island because I thought that I could reach were the other people of my island were and after a night on the ocean, the boat started to leak so I decided to smarts choice was to go back to the island of the blue dolphin because it was closer than the island were my village were.

I am struggling because of the wild dogs, she needs to make her own food and also she needs to make her own weapons to survive. I make a new home against a rock so that I would have a more safer home. I had to build a fence to protect myself form the wild dogs. My home has shelf very high so that mouse can not eat the food I catch I am very proud of the house I made because it protects me from the wild dogs and the red foxes.

Hi I am Karana, I live on an island that is shape like a fish or a dolphin lying down on it’s side, which seems like it’s tail pointing towards the sunrise and it’s nose towards the sunset. The fins are made from the reef that surrounds a  part of the island which cover about 2 leagues long. There is also a mountain in the center of my island which when you stand on top you get can see how the island make the dolphin shape. The island that I live on is called the island of the dolphin, maybe because of it’s shape or maybe because there are many blue dolphins that live close by.

In my tribe we would only tell or secret names to strangers but to people we trust we tell our real names. We also follow the orders from our chief and when our chief dies we have to vote for who are next chief will be.

I think that my dad lost and I will tell you why because when we were getting back our fare for how the Aleuts hunted for sea otters. By dad died and the people did not know what to do so the let the Aleuts go and now everyone is scare and no our new chief wants us to leave the island.

I care so much about the sea otter because the are like a dog is to you a pet and also it makes our island the way it is today and we will have no more otters to eat is we start to starve.

The otter change the story event a little bit because there are not that many otters left and the Aleuts have not payed back in how many otters the hunted from the ocean and now the Ghalas-at of the Aleuts coming back and taking all the sea otters.

You need to know that being a bully is not only bullying someone

but being a bystander is also like being a bully.

Bullies will understand that is wrong and also

Maybe if we try to stop it bullies will get worse

Bystanders will understand to tell on Bullies.

and hurt Kids Even more.

We could maybe let a couple people know and then It will become better

and better all over and we the anti-bulling campaigner really help out everyone.

Hi there, this blog is going to be about my life in South Korea (were I am living right now)

Here at GSIS my life has been normal, since the first quarter has ended. But right before the first quarter had ended we were over loaded with summatives and not just test we had projects and the weren’t the easiest one’s in the world. We also had a long weekend a couple weeks ago and that was because of training and Parent Teacher Conferences. There is a lot of thing going on in my mind at this time. Things have slowed down but today the have gone up a level for everyone and me. I hope that you have a good day and hopefully I can blog more about what is going in 6th grade in South Korea.

Bias what a strange word you might thing, but what bias means is that in the story or movie the are only explaining or showing one side or a persons opinion.

I have read and watched a couple of movies and books. Here are some examples.

The secret of my Hollywood life (series) – These books are diaries that a pop star named Kaitlyn Burke. In these books the stories are all about what she feels and what she lives. These books take the side of Kaitlyn’s life instead of the all around story. These book make Kaitlyn look brave and popular. She thinks it is all about what she thinks of her live. She tries to figure out what other people are thinking sometimes it brings her in bad situations and sometimes in good ones.

Another text:

In class we read a text called friendship gone bad. There were two different text which no one knew about so a lot of people looked at the paper and were convinced in one side and not the other because of how big the two Bias were.

Those were two examples of different types of bias. When you read or watch something bias it is really important to know what is a fact and what is a opinion, why because you mind fall into the wrong sort of explanation, which can make you struggle in life.

” Why Do you Read” people might ask. I have n answer for that question.

Read is something you normally do to just relax not think about anything except the person you are reading about. When you read you are the person that you are reading, you live his or he life.  You picture if that was you, you live you think well let just say it’s like you wrote the book you wrote about yourself, your life.

If  you didn’t know how to read you could not communicate with your family around the world, and what if you mom broke her leg and your dad send you an email saying you have to get on the plane to come to Canada ASAP because you mom broke her leg you won’t know that and you still be at school studding when your mom’s at the doctors with your dad.

So that is why READING is IMPORTANT.

Sponges – Sponges get there food by filtering microscopic food particles such as: bacteria, algae, and other different materials

Cnidarians – They sting there prey with there stinging cells to obtain food.

They have the Polyp and the Medusa forms,

Polyp from – the Cnidarians is shaped like a vase and is usually sessile.

Medusa form – the Cnidarians is shaped like a bell and is free swimming.

Stealing Ideas is the same has stealing thing, you don’t know how well let me explain.

Stealing ideas is like you stealing something because the idea is yours and you should have used it but then some else steals it from you and uses your idea. That is stealing a thing that belongs to you.

Once in Kindergarten we were drawing a logo for the francophone day and I was drawing a flag and some people and then I dropped  my colour pencils. Will I was picking my pencils up, a girl beside me copied my idea I didn’t know until she handed her in and I handed mine in and she was crowned the winner of the drawing contest in kindergarten, when I looked at the picture on the bulletin board I notice that she copied my pictured and I ask my teacher did you hand my picture in and she said she did but because she though I copied the principled said my picture was not in the contest. I was really made but I let it go and asked my teacher if I could change sits and she moved me because I never trusted that girl again.

That is my example of a life event that happened to me.
